Founder and CEO
Masters in Business Administration from UBS, Chandigarh with an Engineering Background.
He is responsible for introducing an independent education consultancy following a highly transparent and ethical model that focuses on the student’s strengths and holistic profile. This tested model has worked for hundreds of students to help them reach their highest potential. Mr. Mohnish has single-handedly laid a solid foundation for IIE Education by acting as a personal mentor for thousands of students and brought laurels to the company. He has extensively understood and cracked the complex admission process followed by the IVY League Universities. Under his guidance, the students have got admits into the world’s top-ranked universities such as University of California Berkley, University of Toronto and University of Melbourne to name a few.
Moreover, his engineering background has given him a penchant for Mathematics and he has coached students to score the top percentile in SAT and GRE Examinations. He believes in training sessions that are accessible, comprehensible, interactive and affordable for all.

Pravneet specializes in the International Test Preparation and is responsible for counseling and guiding students to be prepared for the challenges associated with these tests. As a counselor, Pravneet is high-touch and loves working with students to help them discover their unique story and guide them to achieve their education goals.

Retired Principal of Govt Model Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh with 30 years of Teaching Experience
As our Director of Operations, Ripjot Kaur oversees the client relationships, counsels the IIE Education team and regularly monitors everything to ensure that all the application processes are running smoothly and our clients are in good hands at IIE Education.
Prior to joining IIE Education, Ripjot served as the Principal of the Govt Model Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh. Owing to over 30 years of experience, Ripjot specializes in counseling and she is passionate about education and loves helping students reach their college admissions dreams.
In her secondary role as a research coordinator, she provides families with research tailored towards student’s academic interests and helps families identify the IIE Education counselors and services that best fit their needs.
